Don Blaustein

Don is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning management, marketing and sales. He has run food and beverage organizations and built global brands both domestically and internationally.

His most recent position was as President and CEO of Heineken USA, a multi-billion business that marketed and sold a range of world-class imported beer brands including Heineken, Heineken Light, Amstel Light, Dos Equis, Tecate, and Newcastle Brown Ale.

Prior to his position at Heineken, Don spent 16 years with Guinness/Diageo, working as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the U.S. and then as President and Managing Director for Guinness operating units in Canada, the Caribbean/Latin America and Australia.

He began his career at General Foods/Kraft where he was a Product Manager, leading the marketing efforts behind a number of classic American beverage brands such as Kool-Aid, Country Time Lemonade, Crystal Light, and Tang Instant Breakfast Drink.

Don is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis where he was responsible for bringing NCAA basketball back to the university after a 10-year hiatus. He received his Masters of Management degree at the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Joe Genovese

Joe is an accomplished sales and marketing professional with 40 years of experience in packaged good marketing, media sales, restaurant franchising and foodservice sales. 

Joe’s has recently retired from a 13 year career at Starbucks Coffee Company and their acquired company of Seattle Best Coffee where he successfully made the transition as he directed the company's efforts in the Foodservice Division overseeing the restaurant and leisure categories.

Beginning in the early '90s Joe entered the restaurant business as a member of the executive team at AFC Enterprises, franchisor of leading restaurant brands such as Popeye's Chicken, Church's 

Ronald Whaley

An accomplished executive experienced in P&L management, strategy, acquisitions, operations, engineering, sales, marketing, and information systems. Developed the strategy, built the teams, and led the company’s transformation from a small Midwestern manufacturer to a global industry leader, growing annual revenue from $250 million to $2.5 billion.
